HEIRIDE is an Ottawa ↔ Gatineau rideshare built around three ideas: flat 10% platform fee, no surge pricing ever, bilingual FR/EN first-class. Drivers paid in CAD. $HEIR holders get 10-15% off. Cross-border licensing handled on both sides.
We could code-sprint it to launch in weeks, but we want proof people actually want it before we pay for FINTRAC / Stripe Connect / background checks / Ontario DPWRA licenses. This is the proof form.

Driver pay is always CAD — $HEIR discounts are platform-funded, never reduce driver earnings. No surge. No variable fee. Peak demand = platform-paid driver bonus, not a rider charge.
